How to start a chat with support

DISCLAIMER 

At the time of writing this, we haven't worked out an internal process on alerting us on how to be notified on new chats, but we are aiming to correct this promptly. 

The cybertect agent will be installed on your machine and will look like this in the hidden apps tray

When you right click on this icon you will open the cybertect service and you'll see several service opens subject to what your organisation gets from us as a service. 

On the top of this popup window there is a Chat icon what looks like a speech bubble. 

This will open a chat window where you can chat to support from the RMM Agent.
